Our Products

Once we decided to create a maker/baker space out of the creamery building, it didn’t take long to start plans of our own to create some of our own original products in the kitchen. Joel’s culinary background had him raring to go with his Dad’s Texas Kolache recipe, and his own Cajun Spice Blend and Italian Seasoning Mix. As the cheesemaker in the family who lived goats and cheese for five years, Meg is super excited to see Joel getting to fulfill his dreams too. I guess you could call it the Bifrost Farms Retirement Plan.
