Winding down to another successful year. Thank you!

We happen to think that Bifrost Farms clients are the most special people in the world. They consider their dog a member of the family and arrange vacation times appropriately so they will be looked after with love and care.  Thank you all.

2013 saw us growing with modest updates to our facility, but 2014 will be even bigger.  We hope to come back to see.  As the year winds down, we’d like to remind you of our hours and food policy going forward.

The Bifrost Farms office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.  This means there will be no drop off or pick up availability on these days.  Otherwise, our hours are as follows:

Monday thru Saturday – 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for drop off and pick up of your canine family member.

Sunday – By appointment, up to 4 p.m.

Pet Food Policy – We are out in the country, and as such with any rural area, are constantly taking measures to keep tiny wildlife out of the kennel area.  Part of this prevention is to require all dog food coming into the kennel be sealed against any kind of pests.  This means no zip lock bags or open bags of dog food.  We recommend Tupperware type containers, or small metal trash cans (available at Fleet Farm) for large amounts of food for longer stays.

Raw food should be packaged and sealed so that it does not leak in the refrigerator or freezer.
